Resolution involves ensuring correct customization at the shipment header (VTTK-SDABW) or stage level (VTTS-SDABW) depending on the attributed cost type's definition in the relevant shipment cost types setup (T_56). For other cost types, populating the indicator can be automated via SAP enhancement V54B0001.
