When archiving billing documents in SAP, the log tables CMFK ('Storage Structure for the Error Log Header') and CMFP ('Storage Structure for Errors Collected') are not correctly considered due to their design to be deleted after document processing rather than during archiving. The function module NAST_PROTOCOL_DELETE in program S3VBRKDL incorrectly handles deletions attributable to an error in populating NAST-CMFPNR. A correction is attached to resolve this issue, and a report, RSCLCMFP, can be used to delete any residual orphaned entries in these tables.
