In this SAP Note, issues are addressed regarding SD orders with incomplete delivery groups, notably when items are unavailable during delivery creation. The system's behavior varies depending on the delivery creation method: automatic via VL04 / VL10* results in non-transfer of delivery groups if associated items are rejected due to zero quantity settings. Manually via VL01N, the available portion of the delivery group can be transferred, warned by a log about incompleteness, assuming manual oversight. Modifications in the code, outlined in advance corrections, are advised to prevent deliveries with incomplete delivery groups in VL01, contingent on specific conditions and incompatibility with other notes.
