In SAP, the deletion of forecast data from order liveCache is observed when using /SAPAPO/OM_REORG_DAILY report. This behavior occurs under the "Forecast Horizon" specified in the product master's SNP(2) view (trx: /SAPAPO/MAT1), where forecasts are omitted from total demand calculations. The default system strategy during Heuristic computations, if no specific strategy is selected, excludes forecasts within the designated forecast horizon from the total demand. Strategies can alter this behavior; applying a strategy like "20" on the Demand tab and removing the "Forecast Horizon" will prevent the forecast from resetting to zero within this period.
