The solution involves using program /sapapo/delete_lc_anchors, which deletes anchor table contents and re-establishes consistent data by re-loading all master data into liveCache. Prior to this operation, initial liveCache initialization through transaction LC460 is crucial to maintain system consistency and avoid data discrepancies.
