In the use of SAP's Transaction VL10* for document delivery with settings configured for user role index and item-based delivery, a system anomaly causes the incorrect generation of error messages about blocked sales orders, despite no such blocks existing. This results from a programming error evident when using a user role index list (list type = '1') and selecting items ('X'). Implementing the suggested advance correction can resolve erroneous displays of both document delivery impediments and incomplete logs in cases of premature cancellation in parallel processing scenarios.
