Résumé :
SAP has introduced a new "parallel buffering" method for number range management as described in SAP Note. This approach overcomes limitations associated with the previously used enhanced local buffering by enabling parallel background processing without introducing performance bottlenecks. Parallel buffering avoids serialization issues on the NRIV table during high volume processes and supports longer instance names, thus making it implementable across all customer installations. Required updates, detailed in the note, mandate importing specific Support Packages based on SAP release versions to implement this solution effectively. This solution enhances process efficiency by utilizing short-duration RFCs for buffer reloading and integrates comprehensively with existing system configurations.
