When executing automatic internal mailing during invoice creation via Transaction VF04, issues are observed with text symbol replacements due to TEXT_SYMBOL_REPLACE routines in SAPMV60A and SAPLV60A not producing the intended results. The values from VBUK, VBRK, or XVBRK tables might not be correctly assigned. Corrective measures include applying provided corrections, utilizing a new text replacement routine from SAPLV61B in MAIL condition type, and ensuring execution parameters are properly configured under Communication settings to achieve effective mail content personalization based on appropriate document fields.
