SAP Note addresses issues encountered when cancelling order or network confirmations with automatic goods movements, particularly when goods movements error M7325 occurs due to mandatory "Reason" field requirements. The solution implemented post-Release 4.6 avoids re-determination of goods movements by using previously entered document data. This maintains data consistency but prevents modification during reversal in COGI. Correction instructions involve using a phantom "Reason" code '0001' for confirmations, thereby bypassing M7325 during reversal. Altering the mandatory status of the "Reason" field temporarily can also remediate existing entries in COGI.
