The error within the survey functionality, caused by faulty XSLT transformations in the CRM_SURVEY_GENERATE_XHTML and CRM_SURVEY_GEN_VALUES, results in incorrect checkbox processing in Yes/No queries, including wrong reset behavior and illegal multiple checkbox assignments to single Yes/No answers. Support Package 10 will include an XSLT correction, and transitional workaround involves switching Yes/No to CheckboxGroup type and modifying the SAXON transformer settings in the CAT server’s configuration files as specified in CATServer.properties.
