SAP Note elaborates on deleting unnecessary work items post-testing phase. RSWWWIDE and RSWWHIDE reports serve as tools to purge these entries from all user inboxes simultaneously, due to the shared nature of work item references. Additionally, from Release 3.0D onwards, the Archive Development Kit (ADK) enables archiving of work items with a specific object and class before deletion. The archiving process excludes attachments, only storing the work items themselves, necessitating careful planning to ensure data consistency and prevent reloading of old values into the system. Use of internal tables for evaluation via RSWWARCR and related customization is also covered.
