When assigning cost center groups or intervals to a splitting structure in SAP via Transaction OKEW, an issue may arise where not all cost centers are transported to the target system. This occurs due to static allocation in the original system, stored in table COSC and not including additional cost centers found in the target system. To prevent this, ensure that cost centers are redundantly maintained across systems and explicitly assigned to the splitting structure. Alternatively, include the assignment transaction OKEW in the current settings to facilitate direct assignments in the target system, consulting SAP Notes 77430 and 135028 for detailed guidance.
