The solution involves executing the report SAPRSEUB to create a necessary index, which should be run in the background after generating all programs using transaction SGEN. To avoid conflicts, make sure that the EU_INIT job is not running simultaneously. Additionally, setting up the index should be limited to development systems due to its large size. Upgrades do not automatically update this index, thus re-execution may be required.
