When delivery creation is initiated through Transaction VL04, the route schedule fails to redetermine. This deficiency arises because the feature has not yet been added in the system. The solution encompasses implementing notes 204216 and 213389, adjusting the delivery type to enable route rescheduling. Post-customization, the delivery type will continuously redetermine the route schedule if rescheduling is enabled. Furthermore, corrections attached to the note should be applied using Transaction SE38, following which program SAPFV50K must be generated/activated, ensuring the route that minimizes delivery time is selected. Note that these adjustments are external to the standard R/3 system.
