During the V3 update of SAP modules such as MCV_STATISTICS_UPD_V3_SHIPMENT among others, a failure can occur where processes stop working in status INIT due to incorrect table entries. This issue chiefly affects Logistics General Application 41. It is tied to program errors and missing database entries. The resolution includes updating to Release 4.6B or implementing corrections earlier using attached updates. Reports RMCSV3DO and RMCSV3TP corrections are in Support Packages SAPKH45A29, SAPKH45B11, and SAPKH46A03. Additionally, the deficient table entry in TMCAE can be corrected by the Support Packages listed or by executing newly created report ZZ_TMCAE.
