SAP Note 1643219 - BExAnalyzer: RFC traces are written to "My Documents" folder

Composant : Enduser Technology -

Solution : https://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/1643219 (Connexion à SAP Service Marketplace requise)

Résumé :
When using BEx Analyzer, users might encounter an RFC error generating trace files in the improper directory, typically "My Documents." This issue arises due to the "RFC_TRACE_DIR" environment variable not being set, which leads trace files to default to the Excel work directory. Serial SAP NetWeaver's frontend patch (FEP 600 or higher) mandates that these files be saved in "%Temp%\BW\Analyzer\Traces" unless directed differently by "RFC_TRACE_DIR." Install the FEP as detailed in SAP Note 1540916 and cross-reference availability with SAP Note 1085218.
