Résumé :
In SAP-managed development environments with CSOL enabled, an issue arises when saving changes to repository or customization objects using a Transport Request created without ChaRM/QGM tools (via transaction code SE09). When selecting such a Transport Request for saved changes, the system incorrectly demands a lock and displays an "External error: object not lock" error message. This behavior diverges from expected functionality where CSOL should not engage for non-ChaRM/QGM Transport Requests, thus allowing the save without creating lock entries. Resolution involves applying corrections via the Note Assistant or relevant Support Package to the SAP Solution Manager system.
