Users can activate asynchronous processing via new configuration in the /SCWM/DLV_ASYN transaction for improving performance issues identified during synchronous updates. The configuration hierarchy processes fully qualified entries first to determine the system behavior. Moreover, all relevant database tables, data types, and views must be defined and linked accordingly within the SAP system using transactions like SE11, SE54, and SE93, ensuring the correct settings for warehouse numbers, queues, and users are applied.
