After upgrading to Release 3.1I or later, the profitability segment may appear in the incompletion log due to changes in the logging logic. As per the new logic, if the profitability segment (PAOBJNR) is absent in the log's Customizing, it still appears if system-required but undetermined. Conversely, if present in Customizing, it appears regardless of necessity. To resolve, remove VBAP-PAOBJNR from item-level Customizing using Transaction OVA2 and then update documents following procedures in SAP Note 67742, applicable only post-upgrade for newly created or modified documents.
