SAP Note 112542 - CO11 w/ backflushed goods movement: Quantity withdrawn = 0

Composant : Confirmation - Order Execution

Solution : https://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/112542 (Connexion à SAP Service Marketplace requise)

Résumé :
The SAP Note addresses issues when confirming backflushed goods movements where the withdrawn quantity displays as zero due to unforeseen non-triggering of trigger points. This impacts transactions such as CO11, CO12, CO15, CO19, and COR6. The root cause is identified as an update sequence change from SAP Release 4.0, leading to premature RESB table updates. Proposed solutions include implementing program corrections in specific modules (MM07MCOM, MM07MFB9) and running correction reports (ZKORRESB or ZPPCON_124B dependant on the release version) to correct erroneous RESB records. Temporary additional indexes for performance improvement during correction are also suggested but should be deleted post-implementation.
