SAP systems currently lack functionality for automatically adding required disclosures to outgoing SMTP documents. This update is necessary due to legislative changes in electronic communication. Support Packages need to be imported to enable this functionality. Utilize transaction SODIS to manage document maintenance, assignments to specific senders, and to define standard disclosures for those not individually assigned. The system allows for the configuration of disclosure inclusion, either across all documents by default or based on the sending application’s settings.
