SAP Note indicates issues with order status not showing as 'Created' or 'Released' in the order header, making it untraceable in Transaction IW38. The system status misleadingly indicates active functions which are actually inactive. Keywords include IW38, IW39, system status I0001, I0002, among others. This issue is so far isolated to a few customer systems. The root cause remains unidentified. For resolution, reference is made to SAP Note 157070 and instructions are provided for creating Include LCOZVF30 to enhance consistency checks, if it is absent.
