Procedure for System Administration
If you want to import a request that has already been importedcompletely again, you must add it to the import queue manually.
To do this, choose Extras -> Other requests -> Add
, and enter the request. You can then import this request again. Youmust also set the import option Import transport request again.
Note:
If you want to import multiple requests again, proceed as follows:
Select these requests in the import history.
Add these requests to the import queue. To do this, choose Request
-> Forward -> System.
