You can enable all users to make remote comparisons with the systemV2 by changing the authorization profile s_a.tmsadm of the userTMSADM. Add the authorization S_TMSADM_SHO to this profile. There willthen be no user-specific authorization check. Also see thedocumentation on ABAP version management.
