Diagnosis
The fill level is too high following a reorganization.
A red traffic light in the outgoing message means that the fill levelis over 80%, and an amber traffic light means that the fill level isover 30%. However, the number of XML messages must be below this levelfollowing a reorganization.
The fill level in percent is determined by using the size category oftables SXMSPMAST (and SXMSPMAST2) that are implemented in the ABAPdictionary.

Procedure
Either the number of incoming messages is so great that you mustincrease the size category of the tables named above, or you mustreduce the retention period for XML messages in the database.
You can also reduce the fill level by restarting messages thatwere processed with errors or by canceling processing of messages witherrors.
