Diagnosis
The target system of the current initial data transfer is deregisteredin the outbound queue of this system (&V1&).

System Response
The system does not process the data for the initial data transfer inthe outbound queue until you start the outbound queue manually orregister the target system in the QOUT scheduler (scheduler for outboundqueues).

Procedure
Register the target system &V2& in the QOUT scheduler. For moreinformation, see Set QOUT Scheduler.
