Diagnosis
To use the favorites, they must be set up before the first access.Certain administrative information is stored in this one-off operation.To display this information, choose System -> User defaults -> Owndata (tab page Parameters).
This usually happens automatically - either when the favorites arefirst used or later on, if the system realizes that existing favoritescan no longer be accessed.

Procedure
It is possible to have several, independent folder structures withfavorites, and switch between them. For this, choose Setup/organize favorites .
If the favorites can no longer be displayed, for example because of anunintentional change to the (internal) administrative entry in the userparameters, and therefore are to be set up again automatically whennext used, this problem can also be solved using the function Setup/organize favorites.
