Diagnosis
You have selected a processing function in table form (for example,delete) that affects one or more selected lines.
If no lines have been selected then the line on which the cursor hasbeen positioned is used.
If the cursor has been positioned outwith the table and no line hasbeen selected, then the function cannot be executed.
