Diagnosis Along with the hierarchy structure, the selected attributes form thenumber of planning levels to be filled in the planning hierarchy. This number of planning levels cannot be all planning levels of theselected planning step. However, above every planning level that is tobe filled there must be either a planning level that is to be filled oris already filled (that is, that lies completely above the master datahierarchy). Looking from top, there can be no "holes" in the planninglevels that are to be filled. System Response The system could not create the planning hierarchy. Procedure Select the attribute so that there are no holes in the sequence of theplanning levels that are to be filled. Note:>
- In the planning hierarchy, attributes can lie anywhere between or below
the levels of the master data hierarchy.
- Attributes cannot lie above the master data hierarchy in the planning
data hierarchy. Every level above the uppermost planning level of themaster data hierarchy is used as a selection level. It is assumed thatthe planning hierarchy has already been maintained to this level.
