Diagnosis
The sales area has either not been defined (i.e.there is no entry in table TVTA) or another sales area is relevant forcustomers (customer division, customer distribution channel in thedetails screen TVTA). This means that the customer master data of thesales area entered correspond to the data in the reference sales areaand customer master data only needs to be maintained for this referencesales area.

Procedure
You can display the relevant and therefore valid sales areas forcustomers by selecting 'Details' -> 'Sales areas' -> 'All areas '.
