CAUSE&
Several plant groups are assigned with different selling periodsof the promotion. The sales start date in the promotion headercontains the earliest start of sales date of all the assigned plantgroups.
The date " purchasing conditions to " should not fall before thesales start date in the promotion header.
If the start of sales date of an assigned plant group is after thedate "purchase price conditions to", then this message appears.

Procedure
Check the date and possibly correct it.
