Diagnosis
If your material modifications are not applicable to the selected lineitem, no changes will be made to the existing search results.
If you change the material number using the Material Master Maintenance,you are not changing the material sent by the Enhanced Material Searchfunction.

System Response
No changes will be made to the line items in the Enhanced MaterialSearch function. However, the database will be updated and you will seethe updated values after performing the next material search if youenable the Force TREX Update parameter in Customizing by choosingMaterials Management -> General Settings for Materials Management ->Enhanced Material Search -> Configure and Activate Enhanced MaterialSearch with Creation.
