Diagnosis
The Maintenance Group parameter is not properly configured forthe core master data maintenance material creation method. Creation ofretail articles using core master data maintenance cannot be performedin the Enhanced Material Search function.

Procedure
Check the Customizing for Materials Management by choosing GeneralSettings for Materials Management -> Enhanced Material Search ->Configure and Activate Enhanced Material Search with Creation.
