Diagnosis
An update in the Logistics InformationSystem is only possible for agency business documents (vendorbilling documents, settlement requests etc.) once the document has beenreleased to Accounting.
This also applies to the updating of business volume as part ofsubsequent settlement.
However, accounting status &V2& (&V3&) of document &V1& indicates that

• the document has not been released to Accounting


• a release to Accounting is not defined for the document category


• the document cannot be released to accounting because of an incorrect
setting

System Response
The update data cannot be created, and may be missing for follow-onfunctions. Depending on the status of the document, updating may not benecessary (e.g. status closed because document reversed).

Procedure
Please look into this matter. If necessary, release document &V1& toAccounting or correct any errors.
If the document is not supposed to be released to Accounting, theupdate is carried out from another document (list or individualdocument), to avoid double updating.
