Diagnosis
You want to change the node assignment for an article.
As the article hierarchy is OTB-relevant, changes to the node assignmentmust be taken into account in OTB. This is done using the OTB transfer.
A node change has already been made for this article and it has not yetbeen processed by the OTB transfer. There can only be a maximum of oneopen, unprocessed transfer flag for a period and for an article.

You cannot make another node change for the current article until theprevious change has been processed by the OTB transfer.

Procedure
Perform the OTB transfer in transaction WOTB3.
