Diagnosis You want to use the target value of the contract and the OTB reservationtogether at item level. This is not possible. If allocation in the internal contract apportionment is based on thetarget value of the contract, the item quantities and values for theallocation are irrelevant. This means that the OTB reservation cannot beexecuted for each individual item but only for the entire contract, thatis to say, at header level.
