You want to post the goods issue for a delivery during the processing ofvendor consignment goods. It involves a partial delivery, which means analternate stock category is recorded in one of the previous deliveriesor the current delivery, or consignment goods are being delivered. Apartial delivery is not possible in this case, however, as partialdeliveries must have the same stock category.

Procedure

• Check the stock situation in the issuing plant. Be sure to examine the
special stocks as well.

• Check the settings for stock determination.


• Check the material documents for the previous partial deliveries.


• To avoid invalid partial deliveries, do the following:

Make sure that sufficient stock is available for the given stockcategory. The stock category results from the posted deliveries. If thestock category does not have sufficient stocks, post stock transfers.
Make changes within stock determination.
