Diagnosis
Either new DB relevant usage fields for usage &v1& have been insertedthat already exist in the standard configuration, (possibly, togetherwith condition tables that have been delivered),
or
the data elements of DB relevant usage fields have been changed.

System Response
This enhancement/change is not permitted, as condition tables may existin customer systems that are not automatically enhanced. Conditiontables that cannot be enhanced for an enhanced usage represent aninconsistency that is not permitted.
