Diagnosis
You specify the retail typecode for refund transactions in LPA Mappingin Customizing, as these typecodes can be different for differentcustomers.

System Response
The system cannot find the typecode for refund at line item level, andtherefore cannot process the refund exception templates.

Procedure
Maintain the mapping for Refund and Refund by Staff typecodes in LPAMapping activity.
