Diagnosis
You have attempted to post to a location or HU that is blocked forpostings.
Locations and HUs can be blocked for postings with function modules/LIME/LOC_MAINTAIN and/LIME/HU_MAINTAIN if you set either blockingindicator BLOCK_IND or INV_LOCK_IND.

Procedure
Check whether the location/HU may be unblocked. If so, you can callthe relevant function module in order to cancel the posting block. Thenyou can repeat the posting.
