Diagnosis The force element specified has a record in infotype 1956 and istherefore an operation/exercise. However, this record is incomplete. Infotype 1956 is a table infotype. The main feature of table infotypesis that one or more records, "table rows," exist in table HRTxxxx (xxxxis the infotype number) for an infotype record in table HRPxxxx. In thecase of infotype 1956, the HRP1956 record identifies the attributes ofthe operation or exercise; the HRT1956 table rows identify thecontingents that belong to the operation or exercise. As a result, atleast one record, that is, one contingent, must therefore also exist foreach record in HRP1956, that is, for each operation/exercisespecification. For the object specified, a record exists in HRP1956, but NOcorresponding record was found in HRT1956. The logical record istherefore inconsistent. System Response This inconsistency existed before the upgrade was performed. It does nothave any impact on the conversion run, nor did any additionalinconsistencies arise as a result of the conversion run. However, application errors may occur when you work with the data, sincethe program logic requires consistent records. Procedure In general, the inconsistent operational/exercise structure should nolonger be edited or used. As an alternative, a new, consistent structurecan be created as a copy of the current structure. If the existing structure must be used further, the records missing fromHRT1956 can be added directly to the database. However, this can resultin further inconsistencies and is therefore not recommended by SAP. |
