Diagnosis
Either the record to be changed or a record that is implicitlyrestricted or deleted by the action is currently being processed inanother measure.

System Response
The action is not permitted if another record in question is still beingprocessed in another measure.

Procedure
Make sure that all affected records are not processed in any measure orthat they are processed in the same measure.
Activate the other measure or reset it. Alternatively, you can carry outthe action with this measure.
