Diagnosis You have attempted to load an organizational unit that does not have arecord in table /ISDFPS/FORCE. Objects such as these (although possiblein the standard HR system) are regarded as inconsistent in theStructures Workbench> because part of the data required ismissing.System Response In the Structures Workbench>, only force elements can be loaded(that is, organizational units with a record in table /ISDFPS/FORCE).The system terminates the loading procedure.Procedure There are several reasons why a record may be missing from table/ISDFPS/FORCE for an organizational unit:
- The organizational units available as standard in the system (without
records in table /ISDFPS/FORCE) are still available and you haveattempted to load one of these organizational units: Implement SAP Note118719 ("Unnecessary entries in HRP1000").
- You have created an organizational unit in a transaction in the standard
HR system (such as PP01 or PPOME): This is not allowed if you areworking with the DFPS solution. Create force elements in theStructures Workbench> only.
- As the result of a system termination in the Structures Workbench
>,
- the inconsistency described above occurred when data was updated:
Arrange for the record that is missing from table /ISDFPS/FORCE to becreated using report /ISDFPS/CREATE_FORCE_FROM_ORGU.
