Diagnosis
A controlling area has not been defined in the current organizationalstructure.
Usually, the controlling area is maintained in the root node in theorganizational structure.
All organizational objects (force elements) inherit the controlling areafrom the root node. Technically, a controlling area can be assigned toone organizational object only.

Procedure
Maintain the controlling area on the 'Account Assignment' tab page forthe root node in the organizational structure.
The system also outputs this error if the assignment period between theforce element and controlling area (usually of the root node) is shorterthan the validity of the current object.
In this case, correct the inconsistent data.
