Diagnosis

    • Method BADI_FSR_TELESALES_ANWB of BAdI /DSD/SL_FSR_TS_ANWB is used tocheck whether the application area of dummy order &SYST-MSGV3&, whichwas created in R/3, is relevant for visits. This prerequisite forcreating a preseller order has not been met.

    System Response
    The order recorded during the tour cannot be created.

    Procedure
    Go to Customizing under Sales and Distribution -> Sales Support ->Telefphone Sales -> Application Areas and check the settings for theapplication area of order &SYST-MSGV3&.
