Activation of technical content has status &V1&.

Procedure
Use the Data Warehousing Workbench (transaction RSA1) to activatethe technical content. When you are prompted choose Only activate.
See SAP Note 1040802 for more information about the activation ofobjects in package RS_TCO_TT (InfoSets 0RSTT_I*).
Use SAP transaction RSTCO_ADMIN to check the activation of thetechnical BI Content. If the activation fails, you can use RSTCO_ADMINto start the activation again.
Use Simple Job Selection (transaction SM37) to check the log ofjob BI_TCO_ACTIVATION.
In case of errors, use Data Warehousing Workbench: TransportConnection (transaction RSOR) to activate the failing objectsmanually. Drag the objects to Collected objects and install them.
