The specified reference is assigned already to a RBD account in the FVAprocedure.

Procedure
You can create the IVA account and make a reclassification using theRBD balance transfer transaction.
You cannot assign the contract (at IVA level) to the RBD portfolio ofthe created RBD account until after the balance transfer is executed.
