Diagnosis
When the goods receipt blocked stock is released, the entire blockedstock must be released. No quantity may be left in the blocked stock, inother words, when the base quantity is zero, no parallel quantity may beleft in the blocked stock - the inverse also applies.
You cannot perform a physical inventory for goods receipt blocked stock.

Procedure
Post the entire quantity in both base and the parallel unit of measure.
