Diagnosis
An error occured in program RTXWCF10 when trying to insert a recordwith the following key in table TXW_R_STAT:
OBJECT = <(>&<)>V1&
DOCUMENT = <(>&<)>V2&
UNI_IDC25 = <(>&<)>V3&
This problem is most likely caused by a program error.
