Procedure Inform the system administrator. Procedure for System Administration If you still want to import a request that has been rejected by the QAapproval procedure, you must add it to the import queue manually. To dothis, proceed as follows:
- Find and select the request in the import history of the QA system.
- Add the request to the import queue of the system. To do this, choose
Request> -> Forward> -> System>.
